Leg 2 Day 5

The weather today is disappointing with rain, heavy grey skies and low wind. For a yacht that thrives on good wind it is frustrating and we are having to use the engine most of the time. Wind for a yacht is like a good woman for a man, when the wind is light and variable it is like a fickle woman never knowing what she wants or what's great for her man and never giving true satisfaction, when the wind is too strong it is like a tempestuous woman keeping you "on the edge" demanding your unrelenting attention with sudden shifts of mood and aggression, but when the wind is just right it is blissful, the passage is progressive and exciting, always producing even more passion and excitement and affording the ultimate pleasure of being able to change the sails at will and with each change, admiring and appreciating the subtleties and joy of a true, perfect and satisfying relationship!

Thinking, every two minutes, of the same thing does not help!

Last night and this morning where overcast and dull so no great sunsets and sun rise photos. Instead I hope to attach a photo of the sand colours I mentioned in my previous log describing the magnificent Las Perlas Islands that we left just a short few short hours ago.
